This is a wine I drunk during 2015 and 2016. Though it looks like French wine, it’s made in Yamanashi Prefecture, one of the best wine producing area in Japan.

I’ve heard that the wine maker, “Beau Paysage”, is very famous for their “Vin Naturel” style and this chardonnay is really fit for that.

I could not say much about the taste, but I could say this wine had slight but elegant chardonnay taste with very impressive acidity (or I might be able to say too much acidity).
